After my Aquatic Therapy done at the swimming pool today we went to the beach with my family. It has been more than a year since our family went back to the beach after my tragic accident. The ocean breeze, melodic sound of the waves, grainy texture of the sand and the cold salt water was so amazing and relaxing.
While my boys and husband was enjoying running along the beach shoreline, I am also performing my relaxation techniques. I engaged myself in a crisscross sitting position on the sand while doing my breathing techniques and meditation activities for at least 30 minutes. After the relaxation activities , I felt relax and energized. We can basically create our own relaxation activities without spending a lot of money.
Blessed and thankful that God allow us to enjoy his natural creation.
